Early C19th Sampler Elizabeth Roberts

A beautiful early C19th sampler, made by Ann Elizabeth Roberts, aged 8, 1838.

Showing some nice pictorial imagery including a house with a flock of birds, two dogs possibly sight hounds and some surrounding foliage.

The style of decoration and the building suggests this might be American. In quite delicate condition, a few small losses but very attractive and decorative.
